Approach

"I utilize a mix of techniques depending on your needs to address and experience change instead of simply verbalize and analyze. My years of training prepare me to navigate our work with empathy, a commitment to non-judgment, and endless strategies and resources to try in pursuit of your healing. While I am an expert due to my training, you are the expert in your life and we only achieve success in collaborating together."

Learn about EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR therapy, can address and positively change how your experiences and memories impact you today. EMDR therapy targets the ways we remain stuck and challenges us to revisit them using bilateral stimulation, like eye movement, tapping opposite shoulders, and other techniques. EMDR can help us rewire the brain regarding these experiences and experience freedom from trauma.

Trauma can mean surviving a traumatic event or surviving oppressive realities of life.

Trauma can happen all at once or accumulate each day over a lifetime.

Trauma can be heavy to bear alone.

With my EMDR training, I hope to help you find ways to transform trauma until it is easier to hold.
